The last enemy of Phoenix point unveiled before the output of the DLC to come
Phoenix Point, a tactical video game in turn in which players face an abundance of extraterrestrials, originally released in 2019. The game was unveiled at E3 2019 with a lot of praise and now has a niche in the genre. Because the game fresh felt, offered an immersive world and was stimulating but fun. Snapshot Games has regularly published content since its release and while the DLC 4: Corrupted Horizons approaches its release date, the company has unveiled the mortal Acheron, a new enemy to overcome for players.
The DLC 4: Corrupted Horizons will be released on October 1st on PC with the output of Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The exit comes from a partnership with Prime Matter. In this DLC, the challenge is recorded by a notch for beginner and veteran players because a new mortal enemy, the Acheron, now threatens the existence of humanity.
The Acheron arrived after the pandorans and has special capacities, including the buff des Allies, the jump through the map, the weakening of the agents of Phoenix and more. The Acheron is intended to offer a real challenge, even to veterans of the genre, because they can also call reinforcements and revive their allies fallen into combat.
The Acheron is also able to spread corruption, a game mechanism that affects the agent’s combat ability. To stop it, players need to look for affliction and even then, success is not guaranteed. Snapshot Games was inspired by the harvesters of War of the Worlds for the design of Acheron.
Players must have access to DLC 4 to unlock the purchase. Phoenix Point: Year One Edition is available on PC while the Behemoth edition will be launched on October 1st and will include the four major extensions to date.
