Starship Troopers: Terran Command delays its launch until June

Starship Troopers: Terran Command NEW Campaign Demo Gameplay
The launch of Starship Troopers: Terran Command has been delayed until summer of 2022.

The real-time strategy game set in the universe of Robert A. Heinlein’s novel and Paul Verhoeven’s film is being developed by the The Aristocrats study and planned its launch for March 31st. As announced today, it will now arrive on June 16, exclusively for PC.

This has been confirmed by the editor, Slitherine Software, in a statement in which they claim to need “several extra months to polish the game and fix bugs”. Interestingly, it is not the first delay that Terran Command suffers, since it was initially announced by 2020.

The developers recognize that “we know that many you will find disappointing this announcement and we ask for forgiveness,” but they are justified saying that “our intention is to offer a finished and polished game, and it is very important for us that you can enjoy the full game since the day One, without problems that spoil your fun and without having to wait for future patches or updates. “
