Mario Party Superstars gets the first update of 2022, patch notes are published

Mario Party Superstrelllas launched in Nintendo Switch in October. The game received a patch on the first day, but has not received anything since then. That is quite atypical these days, but now there is a new update that takes the game to version 1.1.1. Unfortunately, there is nothing too important in this update, but it includes a series of error corrections for a handful of minigames, as well as some improvements for online functions.   • Online

  • A problem was solved by which the game could not advance when viewing the minigamers’ classifications on Data House.

  • Changes were made to a game function in which a session immediately ends when pressing the B button while it is located in Village Square after joining the players through Friend House. Now a message will be displayed asking if you want to end the session.

  • General

  • A problem was solved by which the mini-game did not end when playing ice rink, dizzy dancing, trapped letter or Cheep Cheep Chase.

  • A problem was solved in the Minigree Stick and Spin in which the movement of the game becomes slower as the highest score increases and the game ends by force.
  • Other problems were corrected to improve the general game experience.

For those who are not familiar with Mario Party Superstrelllas, the game presents boards of the original Nintendo 64 tickets, as well as mini-games covering the history of the series. For fans of Mario Party for a long time, the game has proven to be a welcome explosion of the past, but the fans expected to see more classic content released as DLC. At this time, Nintendo has not made advertisements about additional content for the title, but today’s update shows that the company has not been completely forgotten from the game.
