This may change, according to a Windows Central report, possibly 2022. Whether Microsoft provides for the PC and the Xbox different price plans or whether it will give the appropriate tariff option exclusively for the Game Pass Ultimate is unclear. There are currently no information about how the account management expires. It is conceivable to be a similar system as with Microsoft 365 Family. It is clear, on the other hand, that such a family tariff would be much cheaper than five individual subscriptions. Details and an official announcement awaits Windows Central in “relatively close future”. Currently, Microsoft offers three plans for the Game Pass. One for PC or console for 9.99 euros per month and the Game Pass Ultimate for 12.99 euros per month.
