Known for game software, Applovin has offered to buy a game engine company Unity Software with a $ 17.54 billion stock trade.
Applovin CEO Adam Foroughi believes that a combination of a mobile technology company and Unity would mean more than $ 3 billion by the end of 2024.
Unity is currently evaluating an offer that it would control 49 % of the voting rights of the new combined company.

Unity is in demand as it is also considering merging with another mobile technology company, Ironsource.
