The entertainment world is the most particular, since there are secrets that never come to light, this is not necessarily relevant or because there is an embargo situation that includes not spreading any information. And now one of this classified data became known, since Joe Jonas could be Spider-Man in the 2012 version.

This is what the musician mentioned in Variety’s most recent podcast:

I remember that years ago I was ready for Spider-Man, and I was so excited, and it was the year that Andrew Garfield got it. Obviously, he was correct

But do you know what? I love the process of auditioning and exposing you and having to try yourself.

Recall that after the second movie of The Amazing Spider-Man we wouldn’t see Andrew until a long time later in the future. Since he would repeat the paper in Spider-Man: No Way Home, a tape that crossed the multiverses, making the other incarnations of the character reach the UCM, this also includes Peter of Today McGuire himself.

For now, it has not been confirmed if these two actors will return at some point.
